Responsibilities:

Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
Manage for inspection, calls schedule and coordinate with inspection officer during inspection.
Responsible for all documentation work regarding inspection.
Responsible for goods deliver to the consignee on time, handling delivery and receiving of goods. Keeping records regarding delivery of goods.
Responsible for end to end coordination with buyers regarding orders.
Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversation politely and timely manner.
Visiting to buyers place directly for private orders as well in Govt. sectors too for making good future relations.
Well versed for data entry & making all type of reports as per the requirement in workshop.
To perform other administrative work of workshop like supervision.
Maintain timekeeping and store records.
Sent reports to the Sr. Manager on a weekly basis and discussing the important points, if any.
Coordination between Administrative and Executive support.
Interaction with other regional team members and ensure the process flow.
To retain effectively and maintain relationship with our clients.
Satisfy our clients and explain schemes.
Get the companys work completed within stipulated time and closely monitored operations.
Handling the team and getting them to work in lineup.
Successfully manage data.
Handled the company digital work (i.e. Facebook, Website and Instagram).
Take follow up of daily working from sales people.
Academic Qualification:
M.B.A from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut in 2020. Post Graduate Diploma in Web Designing from Govt. Polytechnic, Kanpur in 2015. Graduation (B.com) passed from C.S.J.M University, Kanpur in 2014. Intermediate from C.B.S.E Board in 2010. High school from C.B.S.E Board in 2008.
